5.1 Booking Classes

When you book a class through our Website, you are making a reservation for that specific class at the specified time. We will confirm your booking via email.

5.2 Payment

Payment for classes must be made at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Website. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion. Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of the class fee.

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your health and physical condition.
  • Follow the instructions and guidance provided by our instructors.

You acknowledge that participation in yoga activities involves inherent risks and you assume full responsibility for these risks. You agree to inform our instructors of any physical limitations, medical conditions, or injuries before participating in a class.
