For most classes, you'll just need a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Some classes may suggest props like blocks or a strap, but we always provide alternatives using household items if you don't have specialized equipment.
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your class. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join. Our instructor will guide you through the practice, providing verbal cues and demonstrations.
We recommend our Gentle Flow class for beginners. It introduces fundamental poses and breathing techniques at a comfortable pace, with plenty of options to modify poses as needed.
